Mr and Mrs Murali’s Holiday to the Japanese Dreamland
They wanted to go to a semi-off-beat destination for their anniversary. After months of debates and negotiations, they finally concluded.
Japan.
Searching through Google for the best travel packages, they came across the website of Thrillophilia. Seeing quite good packages at reasonable rates, they decided to send an itinerary request for one of the 8-day packages.
They received a call within minutes from Mr. Tushar. He explained to them all the plans and destinations and even suggested activities that they could try as a couple. Since they were a bit old to try the normal honeymoon activities, they suggested going simple.
Mr. Tushar sent them the customized itinerary and they loved it. Next up, they were introduced to Mr. Rahul, who was to make sure of the entire operations. A group was created from Thrillophilia’s end where all the members were present. It made it quite easy for them to track the updates, starting from the Visa to the flight tickets. They had Thrillophilia take over all the arrangements because they had another important matter to attend to.
The Silver Jubilee ceremony.
The event would be one of the most memorable days of their lives. And they had to leave for the trip right after the event.
The entire trip plan was made clear to them via a quick call. They were impressed that the matter was handled with such precision and professionalism.
They boarded the flight with a lot of exhaustion overpowered by a lot more thrill! After a long journey, most of which they spent sleeping, they reached their destination - Tokyo.

The Land of the Rising Sun
It was awe-striking to witness the technologically driven lifestyle of the place. The moment they entered the airport, they saw how different it was. Everything was automated, and there was no chaos. At the airport, they met their local guide and driver. On the way to the hotel, they saw bullet trains running here and there over the flyovers, the traffic was sorted and everywhere they looked they just saw the dominance of technology.
They saw the very contrast of this sight when they started their tour - on the way to Kyoto. The road to this dreamland was flanked by regional localities and settlements. Even the remotest areas looked so aesthetically pleasing and beautiful that they could not wait to see more! The landscapes were lush green and they could see the great Mt. Fuji. There were a few remaining cherry blossom trees that enhanced the vistas.

They had opted for a short hike on Mt. Fuji, and it was a brilliant experience (they were young enough for this activity). Mrs. Murali could not even believe that she was walking on Mt. Fuji, an iconic mountain she saw in the pictures. They had taken the Fujinomiya route as they were climbing the mountain from the southern side. The views it offered were impeccable. It was such a soothing experience that the exhaustion seemed to wear off easily.
They could see the entire Kyoto city from the viewpoint. Of course, they could not climb the entire mountain as they were not prepared to do so, but what they saw was very wholesome.
The Highs
Another experience that they would like to share is that of the Osaka sightseeing experience. It was marvelous! The tour included everything from shrines, castles, and markets to more. They also had some time in hand to explore the food items of the place, like Sushi, Ramen, and Yakitori.

Osaka Castle and Hiroshima Castle were a treat to the eyes. Exploring the Shumiyoshi Taisha and especially the hundreds of Red Gates of Fushimi Inari Taisha, was an unparalleled experience.
Also, visiting the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum sparked an unexpected wave of emotions, after which they requested their guide to show them the place where the bomb was dropped. It was heart-wrenching to see that. Takeshita Street in Harajuku was a unique experience as well.
Another highlight of the tour would be visiting Matsuyama. It was a strikingly beautiful place and they had two days of stay there before they headed off to Kyoto and then to Tokyo for the last night. The localities of the place were so soul-soothing, and the view of the Matsuyama Castle won their hearts!

What a sight!
Finally, the onsen bath - it was an experience worth a lifetime. They felt more relaxed and rejuvenated after the spa session.

On a concluding note
Thrillophilia did a spectacular job in arranging such a complex itinerary. They never felt any jerk, everything was handled so smoothly. Hats off to Mr. Tushar and Mr. Rahul.
Their stays were up to the mark, and so were their transfers. Their driver was cooperative and understanding, and their guides helped them understand the culture of Japan a lot better. They also made them try some authentic dishes from Japan, some of which were truly lip-smacking! And lastly, their local beer named Sapporo was the winner of drinks!

The experience was totally worth it! Mr. and Mrs. Murali had the best possible anniversary there, they did everything that they liked and it strengthened the pillars of their relationship.
All the best! Long way to go.
