Chetan Desai’s Andaman Group Getaway with Friends: A Smooth, Scenic, and Memorable Island Experience
Travelling as four couples meant laughter before sunrise, shared snack boxes in ferries, and someone always calling for “one more group photo” even when everyone was already posing. Chetan enjoyed this energy. It gave the trip a warm start even before they reached the first beach.
They chose Andaman because it felt right for a group like theirs. Open beaches, scenic ferry rides, clear water, and enough activities to keep eight people engaged without rushing. For Chetan, it was also a chance to travel with his partner and close friends in a way that felt simple and full at the same time.
Port Blair: A Simple Start
The journey began in Port Blair where the driver welcomed the group and helped them check into their hotel. The day itself carried good moments. Cellular Jail left a strong impact as they walked through its historic corridors. Chetan paused often to take pictures of his partner while the group wandered through the long hallways.

Later, at Corbyn’s Cove beach, the palm-lined stretch and soft waves gave them a pleasant first evening. The couples spread out along the sand, some chatting, some taking pictures, and some just standing by the water watching the light fade.
Havelock: Bright Water and an Unhurried Sunset
The private ferry to Havelock brought a fresh tone to the trip. The group sat together sharing snacks, laughing, and pointing out the changing colors of the sea. After arriving and checking into their resort, they headed to Radhanagar Beach.

The atmosphere felt calm and open. The sunset cast a warm tone across the shoreline, and each couple found their own spot to enjoy it. Chetan took several pictures of his partner as she walked along the water, and the group came together later for a long stretch of photos and jokes.
Elephant Beach: A Day of Colour and Activity
Elephant Beach added excitement to their trip. The speedboat ride set the mood, and the bright water made everything feel energetic. The group enjoyed the complimentary demo snorkeling, and some went ahead for jet skiing and other activities.

Chetan enjoyed watching his partner try snorkeling for the first time. Their friends were equally engaged, shouting suggestions, taking photos, and cheering each other on. It became one of the most lively days of the trip.
Kalapathar Sunrise and the Move to Neil Island
The sunrise at Kalapathar Beach offered a shift from excitement to stillness. The soft morning light across the black rocks created a peaceful scene. The couples stood together watching the sun rise, and Chetan clicked photos of his partner framed against the shimmering water.
Later, they travelled to Neil Island. The change of pace was immediate. The island felt quiet, open, and ideal for a slower evening. The group spent their time resting, talking, and preparing for the sightseeing planned for the next day.
Neil Island: Water, Sunsets, and Coral Formations
Neil Island offered a balanced day of activity and views. Bharatpur Beach gave the group time to enjoy water sports, float in the shallow water, and take a long set of pictures. Their friends were excited about trying new activities, while Chetan stayed close to his partner enjoying the easy pace.
Laxmanpur Beach gave them one of the best sunsets of the trip. The group stood together along the shoreline watching the sky change color.
The Natural Coral Bridge added a unique element to the day. They walked across the area clicking pictures of the formations and of each other.
Later, they took the ferry back to Port Blair with a sense of satisfaction from a full and enjoyable day.
Ross and North Bay: A Memorable Finish
The final sightseeing day took them to Ross Island and North Bay. North Bay offered water sports like snorkeling, scuba diving, glass-bottom rides, and sea walks. Some couples tried multiple activities while others enjoyed the relaxed shoreline.

Ross Island added history to the day. The ruins, old structures, and open pathways created a calm walk for the group. Chetan appreciated the mix of nature and history woven into one place.
The Final Wave
On the last morning they packed up and checked out. The driver picked them up on time and dropped them at the airport.
Chetan mentioned openly that the Port Blair hotel stay and breakfast could have been better, but aside from that, the experience across the islands was very good. The sightseeing, transfers, jetty pickups, demo snorkeling, ferry timings, and driver support were all handled smoothly.
He felt that this trip with Thrillophilia’s Andaman’s tour packages gave the four couples many shared memories and gave him and his partner quiet moments and fun experiences side by side. Heartily, he thanked them for creating a trip that stayed warm, balanced, and enjoyable from beginning to end!
